I’m so pleased I took the decision to work with Beth on a one to one basis at the start of the year. I was experiencing some peri menopause symptoms including low mood, bloating, food intolerances and had little or no energy. Joanne: Eating for energy and vitality in midlife
I was feeling a little unsure about my diet and as was quite overwhelmed with ‘diet’ suggestions about what I should be eating given my age.
Beth reviewed what I was actually eating through a food diary and over the course of the sessions made subtle change suggestions that meant I could still eat normally whilst being more healthy. More importantly she explained why and what those changes were for.
What this really meant was that I now feel empowered to choose what I eat and make healthy choices. By the end of my sessions I had lost some weight but more importantly, I lost some centimetres and felt ‘sparky’!
