With balanced meals, colourful plant foods and the removal of common inflammatory triggers like gluten and cow’s dairy, it shows you how to nourish your body in a way that supports digestion, energy and immune balance, without complicated diets or hours in the kitchen.
If you’re tired or short on time, the recipes are simple and many meals can be prepared quickly or repeated during the week.

How do I know this programme is right for me?
This is for you want to Reset your eating habits and support every system of your body with a registered nutritional therapist. If you're sick and tired f having to think about food and are confused by all the conflicting information out there, this plan is for you. It takes the guesswork out of eating, helps reduce bloating and fatigue, and gives you back mental space — so you can enjoy food again, not stress over it.
What is the cost of this programme?
£57 per person
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes! There are vegetarian options for all meals.
What if I feel like I don't have the energy for a programme right now?
Nourish & Thrive isn’t a full reset or a dramatic overhaul. It’s a gently structured week with everything planned for you so you’re not making decisions from scratch.
You don’t need high motivation to begin. You just need a starting point. Previous participants have commented on how much they've enjoyed not having to meal plan and make decisions themselves for the week.
I'm worried I won't be able to stick to it
This is not a pass-or-fail week. You’ll have support in a small WhatsApp group.... somewhere to ask questions, share wins, and be honest if things feel wobbly.
Most women don’t need more willpower. They need support and structure. Even if you don't manage every single meal, you'll still get benefit from the plan, plus you'll have a collection recipe for use in the future!
Do I get any 1:1 support from you?
There is a private Whatsapp group, with direct access to Beth where you can ask questions and get support with anything you are stuck on during the 7 days, as well as connect with the other participants on the programme. If you feel you need extra 1:1 support from Beth, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Are supplements included in this programme?
Supplements are not included in this programme as each person is different and requires an individual approach to supplements.
What happens after the programme finishes?
There will be opportunities to join the next Nourish & Thrive Plan and you will also be invited to work with Beth should you wish to continue with support.
What if I can't make the dates?
You have 2 options:
- Purchase the programme anyway, get all the information, join the WhatsApp group and then just work through the recipes and messages at a time that suits you. Obviously this means you won't have access to me.
- Wait and join another round. The programme will run 4 times a year, each time will feature different seasonal recipes.
