Understand What’s Really Going On With Your Bones

-
How bone density (BMD) is measured with a DXA scan
-
What your T-score and Z-score indicate
-
How to interpret your results — and what steps to take next
-
Why bone loss happens (especially during and after menopause)
-
Which lifestyle factors accelerate or slow it down
You’ll leave understanding your diagnosis — not fearing it — and knowing how to take positive action.
